1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PlugtoCart ("Platform," "Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Platform.

PlugtoCart is a technology infrastructure provider that operates the AI Commerce Protocol (ACP), enabling AI agents to discover and interact with merchant product catalogs. Our chat platform is a demonstration of this infrastructure.

2. Nature of Service

2.1 Infrastructure Provider

PlugtoCart is a technology infrastructure and protocol provider, NOT an e-commerce marketplace or online store. We:

• Provide technology infrastructure for AI-powered commerce interactions
• Enable AI agents to access merchant product catalogs via standardized protocols
• Operate a demonstration chat platform showcasing our infrastructure capabilities
• Facilitate connections between users and merchant partners

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3.3 Guest Access

Guest users may access limited platform features without creating an account. Guest sessions are subject to usage limits and reduced functionality.

4. Acceptable Use

• Interact with AI agents for product recommendations
• Learn about the AI Commerce Protocol infrastructure
• Access merchant websites for purchases

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Collect user information without consent
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Transactions and Purchases

5.1 Third-Party Transactions

When you initiate a purchase through our Platform, you are redirected to the merchant's website or platform. The transaction occurs directly between you and the merchant. PlugtoCart:

• Is NOT a party to the transaction
• Does NOT process or handle payments
• Does NOT store your payment information
• Is NOT responsible for order fulfillment, shipping, or customer service

5.2 Merchant Policies

All purchases are subject to the merchant's terms of service, privacy policy, return policy, and other applicable terms. We encourage you to review merchant policies before completing any purchase.

5.3 Product Information

Product information, pricing, and availability are provided by merchant partners. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of product information displayed on our Platform.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Rights

The Platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by PlugtoCart and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes:

• The AI Commerce Protocol (ACP) technology and specifications
• Platform design, interface, and user experience
• PlugtoCart branding, logos, and trademarks
• Software, code, and algorithms

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose. This license does not include any right to:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works
• Distribute, sell, or sublicense the Platform
• Use our intellectual property without permission

6.3 Merchant Content

Product images, descriptions, and other merchant-provided content remain the property of respective merchants and are used with permission via the AI Commerce Protocol.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

7.2 No Guarantee

We do not guarantee that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Product information is accurate or up-to-date
• Merchants will fulfill orders or meet your expectations
• AI recommendations will meet your specific needs

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PlugtoCart, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of any rights of third parties
• Your transactions with merchants

9. Termination

9.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

9.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Any reason at our sole discretion

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will terminate immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.

The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services, websites, and applications (including merchant websites). We are not responsible for:

• Third-party content, products, or services
• Third-party privacy practices or terms of service
• Availability or functionality of third-party services
• Your interactions with third parties

12. Dispute Resolution
